Growing Up In Roselle Park
I was born and raised in Roselle Park along with my two brothers, Eddie and Zachary. My mother, Barbara Nutt-Fahoury, is a public school teacher and third generation Roselle Park resident and my father, Ed Fahoury, is an insurance inspector and has been an active volunteer in our community.
During my junior year at Roselle Park High School, I decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. |
A Council Members Job - Reaching Out
Not everybody can attend meetings. As Councilman, I have provided Ward Newsletters, "Chat and Chew" Community Outreach meetings, and use Social Media to make information accessible and transparent.

Reaching Out and Taking Action for You.
As CouncilmanI began my first term of office on January 1st, 2017 as Third Ward Councilman. My objective has been to improve our community with fresh ideas and welcome new residents and businesses. In my time on Council, we have taken measures to make Roselle Park greener, making our government more transparent, maintained fiscal responsibility with the lowest municipal tax increase this year out of the last sixteen years, going after banks who abandon properties, offering property tax incentives for homeowners who improve their houses, and professionalizing the redevelopment process. My colleagues and I have stood up to developers, special interest groups, and party bosses whose main goal is to enrich themselves at the expense of Roselle Park. One of my main objectives is to raise awareness to the issues facing our veterans and active duty military personnel overseas and at home. We are the country's backbone, but are one of the most forgotten group of people in the United States. Thanking our Veterans is not enough. On May 5th, 2018, our great Borough hosted a USO sponsored 5K Run/Walk event. The event raised awareness and over $16,000 for veteran and military suicide and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in America. I am proud to have partnered with the United States Organization (USO) for New Jersey's first 5K Run/Walk right here in Roselle Park to raise awareness for Veterans and Active Duty Military Members. |
